UPBC.net does not make any representation, warranty or assurance as to the title of the holders of any prize bonds, the numbers of which are fed at UPBC.net. The feeding of prize bond numbers and response against them shall not mean that the person visiting the website and feeding the prize bonds numbers, is the real or beneficial holder of such prize bonds.
UPBC.net shall not be involved in any disputes between the holders of prize bonds and State Bank of Pakistan and/or the Government of Pakistan in connection with the payments of the winning prizes and shall not be involved in any actions, proceedings, costs and expenses in connection therewith.
Any UPBC.net service you are using for free or you have purchased will be imminently stop without any notification and refund if the admin of UPBC.net got serious injury or dies.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold UPBC.net harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorney's fees), made against UPBC.net by any third party due to or arising from your use of the UPBC.net or the Content.
Severability

Refunds Policy
